how do I get rid of the poinsettias that float me from room to room? please help someone

Welcome to the forums Ellie. You have what is called an "Entrance" enabled. Probably a Christmas one. We can turn them off or enable different ones. To do so -

1. At the bottom of the playing screen where you type to chat, on the right side there is a Face, a Send button, and then a little man. Click that little man.

2. You'll see ENTRANCES as one of your menu options. Highlight it and a menu pops up the left. There you change the Poinsettia one to a different one or choose "No Entrance" at the bottom.
