I am completely devastated. So many of my items are gone and I am losing millions in trying to resell my items that I have purchased and won yesterday , last night and today. In trying the new inventory beta program deal so much of my stuff is gone if I buy or win something part of it shows up some does not, I have sent in tickets and nothing is fixed. Infact it is getting worse and worse, I am asking to be taken off of it so that I can return to playing as I have since 2009, I am in tears and sick to my stomach that allmy time energies and money , real money, is just gone. I have 3 each of the new pixetta rare and super rare hairs and extra clips things I was going to resell. went to dice game and won earrings I had hoped to give as gifts now can't find them my hairs are not all there part was there now they are gone. I made sucha huge mistake in asking to participate in this please someone help me and tell me my stuff will be returned and all. I have invested much money and time into the game and I love it so much.. I am a 62 year old granny who can't afford to really spend what I do and then to thin that it is in sucha mess I am just devastated that is all I can say. I love the game and the people I play with and I pray that all will be fixed. I feel they should even give anyone who is going what I am going through some funds for what we are losing out on by not being able to access our stuff. but I will take just my stuff being returned and all. thanks for listening and maybe this will reach someone who can help and somene who cares. I am not tech savy and wish I could just go back and not ever ask to try this is has been a completely disaster for me.

I would advise you to send a ticket to the Team using the HELP tab above your game. They can check directly into your game and advise you how to proceed. My guess is that you are experiencing a visual glitch but that your game is sound. For your own knowledge, check your Transaction Log at the top of your game screen and it will transcribe the status of your items.
