Anyone know how long it takes for BVG to reply to a ticket sent in, or do they just hope you will get bored of waiting and give up?

I usually receive the same ol' auto generated email. Then I get another auto generated email stating the fault is "my" browser, for which it isn't, lol. Or I don't get a response at all! So I wouldn't hold your breath!
