ues Willow-my daughter gets that-the first time it really scared her as she has no idea what was happening to her. she could see us moving about but she couldn't talk or move at all. She has only had one more since that time-she didn't do anything out of the ordinary or had caffiene or anything-it just happened. She did see a dr but he couldn't find anything just told her to listen to youtube vids on relaxation :silly:

Oh my god Jo..that's how it was for me..I haven't had it happen for awhile but when it does..I can see the people walking around me..I can hear them talk but I can't move and some time noises get louder and then fade..like my fan and it feels like something is trying to get me..really freaky they are.

yep had another person on FB who explained it as she went through the same thing-she was on the couch and her 3 yr old was walking about and coming up to her but she too couldnt move or talk-she wasnt sure how long it lasted..not long but it scared the crap out of her-she has had it happen a couple times. hope it goes away from all of you.

This has been years and years ago but I fell asleep on the couch at my parents house and I seen my dad walk into the living room and walk over to the t.v. and then turn it on, then he came over and woke me up. I hate it because I try so hard to wake myself up but I can't..I try to move my arms or legs but I can't..I haven't had this happen to me in a long time and I'm glad, because there's been other times that I felt like something was trying to get me..it's really freaky

hiya CD -time use to fly,like last year went by so fast. We want this year to fly by-being home so much is giving me cabin fever..gonna need a vacation after all his-but......where?
