:haha: Sir A Sugar, is neva happy, very rare to find a pic of him smiling.
But I suspect, with his kind of wealth, has him happy and fuzzy on the insides. :haha:

It was a "check in" thread for people to say howdy, add a cute gif if they wanted, and share about whatever they were up to.

I thought it was a brilliant way to get people socializing in here, and there were certainly laughs a plenty as people showed off their silliness. It's definitely on one of the reasons I started engaging in the forums in general. I realized there were fun people who cared about the game, and they had some wild and crazy ideas about how to improve it.

Like anything great, it soured over time. People started using these threads to bash their enemies with passive aggressive baiting, which then turned into all out assaults, warnings, and bans. The Ninjas grew weary of it, and judgement was passed - saying Hello is not a Discussion thread and they banned them to irrelevance in the General Discussions where only the odd ducks (my family <3) of the forums hung out.

I miss the days where people would simply be nice and have fun in here, and the hair pulling was few and far between. *sigh* Now people need rhino skin to tolerate the all too frequent nonsense. I'd report it all, but it wears on me to be the nanny. So I try to ignore it now and just share my opinions where I see fit. But I do feel bad for the new mods having to clean up poo every day. It definitely is what it is.

:phew: :dizzy:

How have you written so much for a thread about nothing?

why do you try to derail a positive thread and turn it into a negative thread?

Who appointed you to be the nanny?
And why do you have to be the nanny? That's the vikings' and the mods' jobs.

Just relax and enjoy life.

My grandmom always said honesty is the best policy  ..and to brush your teeth, wash hands before eating, never leave the house wearing unclean under undergarments, lol, tell the truth, always be kind, and treat others as you want to be treated, always apologize when wrong and stay away from bad people :D

Just some good old fashion rules to live by  grandmoms are always right  I miss her wisdom. Good reminders on being a good human

I was taught the exact same thing but I was also taught by to never laugh (or hit like) on other peoples misfortunes as it will usually come back on you, and people who do really aren't good people ;)
