I wanna eat at your house, Rod!!! I'll bring the wine :drink: :haha:

Aside: Chili with Mac and Cheese? Why do I see peas and carrots? :?:

My mac n cheese recipe has peas in it. It's the way I make it.

What you see as carrots are diced red bell peppers from my chili. They are stewed into the chili sauce which has to be dry because of how it's being used as the base layer in the dish.

Garlic butter ribeyes and baked taters tonight. And yeah, more peas. I love peas. Come on by and grab a plate. LOL

I'm taking the easy route tonight but we're having hamburgers, hotdogs and homemade French fries and then tomorrow cubesteaks, mashed potatoes and corn. The corn is what we freeze up in the summer and absolutely love it.

How do you make your burgers? :?:

Burgers are what got me started cooking. I went to restaurant and they wanted $15 for a burger and I finally said "f*ck that". I spent a summer testing ways to make them before I settled on the one I like.

I've almost always used my George Foreman for turkey burgers, but am also interested in this.

Also, what you're noting about the price of a burger there Rod I also feel about salad. I refuse to pay a lot for lettuce and it has to look or be realllly good for me to spend money on one. Ain't doin' it. :haha:
