lol yeah I love the idea of a teeny bopper hahahaha!
We mostly did a lot of small shops and a few huge malls -drove around ( we got lost but mom said it was to see things lol) we did get to see a lot of outdoor Christmas decorations which we oooh and ahhhhed about -like kids and had Christmas music on-did a lot of different places to eat. It's been a blast.

If im a teeny bopper then Moms a kid-I had to keep up with her the whole time-talk about a lot of walking..and we settled in one place which is all mountains and valleys-yeah even the sidewalks were like so steep to climb-I was way behind in walking haha!
Mom on the other hand would reach destinations way before me but it gave her the chance to sit and rest!!
It has been a blast and with our age we are never sure if we do these things again so I hold onto the idea that these road trips are more amazing than I first thought!-Mom is saying she wants to now do a spring road trip as we did pretty much summer and fall but winter is a bit much.

stringing popcorn was fun-and yeah we used a needle and thread and we also cheated and ate a lot of it-between all us kids Mom n Dad made sure we had fun memories of Christmas holiday...speaking of

anyone else ever have a home made skating rink in their backyard? My dad made sure every winter we had one-he made it as big as the whole back yard-back then there was no such thing as snow blowers-he used one shovel..How I miss him and realize the small big things he use to do for us.

the borders of the rink back in the day would be at least 4 feet high-before climate change when one would shovel a walkway it was like building a tunnel and we had no such thing as a snow day back then-school was open as cold and as high as the snowfalls we hadda get to classes!!!
