I'm honestly so stuck, I don't know what I'm supposed to say. I have to make a persuasive presentation on "how to live a well-lived life" but I really don't know the answer to that, LOL... Does anyone have their beliefs or thoughts?

That sounds fun. I would say things like staying healthy, being kind, doing things you enjoy (hobbies, family traditions, etc) Just elaborate on those.

I think doing what you want and saying what you want but taking care of yourself is living a full life. Also like knowing how far you can go, but going even further. Experiencing and learning a lot too! When you realize what you have and you appreciate and accept it. Those are the things that come to my mind, I’m not even sure if that’s what it even is :dizzy:

I also remember talking about this in one of my previous classes and we discussed how, once we’re older, like a lot older, and we accept the fact that at any moment, we could die, then we lived a full life.

For me, a well lived life is to live a life of no regrets. Everything you experience is something you need for you to grow, so always live your life to the fulliest without worring about the insignificant things that aren't worth you regretting.

Love, sharing love, having love, even having heartbreak is a sign that you are living a full life. Laughter lines definitely prove you've live a full life, laughter lines are so appealing, much more appealing than frown lines.

And I think the most important part of knowing you're living a well lived life is all the treasured memories you have. That quote "Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away" pretty much sums it up for me. Any memory that brings an instant emotion of love or joy is a treasured memory.

Thank you guys for the suggestions! I settled with the concept of a well-lived life is living a life with purpose. :)
