I took my two college aged daughters to see Little Women last night at the theater. OMG, it rocks! We were so impressed, and really enjoyed the 2.5 hr movie...highly recommend it to everyone! It should definitely win awards! :love:

After the movie, I dropped them off at their dorm room, drove the 1 hr foggy roads home...then made myself very buttery salty popcorn and enjoyed "Pretty In Pink," my fav 80's movie! :haha:

Yes! I also enjoyed the 1994 version with Susan Sarandon, Winona Ryder, Kirsten Dunst, Christian Bale & Claire Danes. It's been years since I read the book. I might pick it up and reread. :hug:

It's been a while for me as well on reading the book but I did see the 1994 version and plan to see this one. I love Saoirse Ronan she is a great young actress.

It's been a while for me as well on reading the book but I did see the 1994 version and plan to see this one. I love Saoirse Ronan she is a great young actress.

She sure is! I need to see her Lady Bird movie now! You will enjoy this newest Little Women! :hug:

Aww I have to watch it - the 94 (?) version is one of my favourite movies of all time <3

and the books - loved the books too!
