I have not been around much to be of much help but I do believe I read there was some kind of issue going on with purchases right now do to facebook. I think they have a sticky thread about it in discussions. Not sure if it is still an ongoing issue. Maybe try sending in a ticket? Hope you get it sorted out.

In order to get a response, you'll need to open a ticket. The forums don't handle stuff like this. That's why no Vike has responded.
