Who to contact regarding bans? Is it through the forums, or is there an email or something? And how long does it take to get a response?

Game bans are either temp or permanent. If permanent, you may appeal it once. If denied, it is permanent forever. You can contact BVG through the ban link or the Help tab.

It is permanent. Back in 2014 the account was hacked, and I just recovered it recently. I tried logging in the game, but found out it was permanently banned.
Edit: I also submitted an appeal like a week ago with Facebook logs login's to help my case, and still to no response.

You will have to appeal to BVG for the game ban. Facebook's appeal is not for Yo - you will actually confuse them since your FB account is active now.

It doesn't look good for your old Yo account. "Being hacked" is not a reason for them to reinstate the account. We have security that prevents players from abusing our accounts now (Lock Code & Yopass), but I'm not sure when those actually were made available.

Aside from all that, it is not likely that the records that resulted in your account ban were saved that far back. Without records they will be unable to reinstate the account.

But with all my negativity, I'd still try. A very nicely written appeal letter explaining why you lost the account, how you recovered it, and how you'd like to play Yo again might go along way to help your cause. I'd still estimate your chances below 5%, but there's always a chance the court could find mercy.......

Totally off-topic but your current avatar reminds me of a friend I had on YoWorld a few years ago who just stopped playing and never returned. I miss that little guy.
