What are some of your must see movies on Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Prime Video, Peacock, etc.?
I'm trying to diversify my watch list, so I'm curious as to what you are watching.

For me, this is a very loaded question, LOL. I'm a huge movie buff. Is there any genre you're interested in?

Most everything but horror and sappy chick flicks. I like documentaries, westerns, post apocalyptic, sci-fi, dramas...

I mainly watch TV series but there are a couple of movies I watched a while ago that I would recommend, depending on your taste of course. The East and Melancholia. The East is a drama thriller and Melancholia is a pre-apocalyptic sci-fi drama.
I'm in Australia, so not sure if they would be available on the streaming services you have.

There is a great Aussie movie on Netflix, well here at least. But I'll recommend it anyway. It's called Two Hands. It's a comedy crime thriller, I guess? From the late 90s.

Someone recommended The Old Guard to me on Netflix and I wasn't disappointed. Interesting and unusual plot in the Action/Sci Fi genre. Good action and many interesting takes on issues. It doesn't hurt that Charlize Theron is never hard on my eyes. LOL But I like when she plays a strong female lead, and she delivers here.

I'll check that out, although, I'm not thinking that I'll be looking at Charlize Theron like that, though. Wrong equipment for me. ;)

I'll second that. It's a splatterfest, but a good one.

Last week I watched Other People. It was very realistic and one of the saddest movies I've seen.

If you're looking for something smart but quirky, WandaVision. I couldn't for the life of me figure out what the show was going to be or what it wanted to be at first, but they do expand on the characters and town. It's part of the Marvel brand so it definitely isn't what it looks to be one or two episodes in. I found it sad during certain parts and the ending is not a normal super hero ending. It's bittersweet at best.

If you're okay with a child's mystery series, I also just finished The Mysterious Benedict Society. It does make you try to unfold the mystery, is okay for some middle aged children, and the little blonde girl has some funny lines even for grown ups. She's a snarky, stubborn little thing. :haha:

Am not normally a big Disney watcher, but I've been trying the app out and haven't been disappointed so far.

On Prime, Modern Love is excellent and based of a real-life column.

Grace and Frankie on Netflix is hilarious.
