Hello Yo friends and neighbors, :'(

Like many of you I have been playing here since. Zynga days, some of you longer.

I'm sorry to report that we have a thief among us. I believe this this person is a Viking.

Reason for this is because, I had to change my code number and instead of letting me

change the code, they sent me a new code number. I just recently noticed my music tracks

are ALL gone. I had 5 and when I purchased then @ 5 yo cash each, now they're 9 yo cash

per track. :grr

I'm using Mac and the desk top app, I'm migrated... I've been told 3 times to migrate my game,

just curious why they think this has anything to do with my missing tracks?!? If this were true my

entire inventory would be Gone. :shocked: I'm also very frustrated by ALL the ridiculously HIGH

prices... :grr Now they want 2 yo cash for GRASS!! :eh: It takes forever to level up...you finish

decorating the house, now they don't offer a free one, they offered me a 1yo cash discount! :silly:

There is not the FUN it used to be....now someone has my code number has stolen my tracks,

I'll never get them back. PLEASE if you have anything that is valuable to you, keep it safe! :wailing:

Hey Gabby, sorry to read that you are missing items. Please report this using the help tab above the game screen. The Player Support team will be able to look into what has happened and resolve it.

Hey, no I was referring to the help tab above the actual game screen. That is how you would submit a ticket for the Player Support team to assist you.
