Hi , I was not aware about the fact that they do not check forums. When it was owned by Zynga I used to post problems on forums and used to get instant replies by moderators. Anyway I have already sent an email to them, if only I get a reply back. :wailing: :wailing:

THEY DO CHECK FORUMS. DAILY.

But, they will not address a personal account issue here so your best course of action is to send them a ticket via the HELP tab above your game. Look for an automated response in your emails/spam or junk folder within 24-48 hours. Once you receive that, you know your issue is being looked at, and you should receive an answer within a week or so, depending on the number of tickets that are being worked on atm. This is a Holiday Weekend for the staff, so a few extra days is needed before they will respond.

DO NOT send multiple tickets as every time you do, your place is in the queue is reset.

That is surprising to me that forums are checked daily. I am here I do a nice little check from my favorites to my least favorite sections. It takes me 3 hours do completely read through 4 sections.

What is with not being able to see our friends pets? And what happen to my pets? I have noticed as I play a lot of missing items that was not "free gifts" or "gifts from boxes" or coins items I am missing so much of the items I paid hard earned real cash for. What is with this???????? :grr

Viking Drew - my ticket has been sitting since June 10 with a copy/paste answer on migration and MY issue wasn't even about the buddy lists. Are you all that far behind on tickets and reply times?

I don't understand how it's 3 weeks now and nothing.

Go to HELP.

Should a ticket be submitted for this?
Referring to the in game avatar face/clothing glitch. It seems like a widespread problem, from what I'm seeing in game and hearing from friends and visitors.

You may want to try to clear your cache and see if that resolves your Buddy List. If not, you should probably send a ticket to the team and have them look at your game.

As for the snow, you can turn it off through the SETTINGS tab at the top of your game. You are going to want to check the YES box for HIDE SNOW.
