Why are the video ads not working, I like getting the free coins and yocash as I'm sure other players are having the same issue, please fix asap thats free coins we could use.

So, what do not work anymore?

1. All mobile devices like cell phones and tablets including iPhone and iPad. You can play on Kindle Fire tablet but you cannot type anything (and you need to install Google Store first in it to download Chrome browser, which might make your Kindle Fire warranty void).

3. Browsers: Opera, Safari, Puffin, Photon, Dolphin. They do not show the link to the Streaming YW. Please use Chrome, Firefox, Vivaldi, Brave, or Microsoft Edge browsers on your desktop or laptop. If you keep getting "Server is busy/overwhelmed," lower your privacy setting, don't use incognito mode to connect.
4. Links to people's homes in the Forums do not work anymore. All links lead to your own home.

What about those of us with an iPad? We are screwed until this is fixed! None of the browsers work! And Puffin no longer works! If you can make the mobile app game, why can’t you make a simplified daily game for the iPad to keep us going until streaming is online? So we can at least check in and make our visits

Oh wow, now all browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Vivaldi, Brave) can play ads on the streaming site!! I can even play the ads and receive rewards on Chrome in Kindle Fire!! Thanks for fixing it, BVG!!

I’m already on the Desktop App, so what does that mean for me?

• You can continue to play and enjoy YoWorld the same as you have been without any interruption at all!

Try refreshing the webpage. If that doesn’t help, download the Desktop App from the links above.

Poor image quality?

This is expected for some players. There is no way to fix this other than getting the Desktop App.

Update: There is an issue with the game going to a whitescreen periodically for some players. This is being investigated.

today to be able to play with chrome on my computer without desktop app with the streaming version of yoworld, I had to double click "run this time".

I haven't been able to get online much lately...I went to my YoWorld game and got that download message, however, there is no option under that to continue on that streaming screen below the download option. Will I not be able to play using my tablet?

Updated edit: nevermind...I've read a bit more than I was able to before..only accessable to desktops and laptops....Are there any plans to allow tablets or phones or other mobile devices to be able to have access?

Why not make somthing that is mobile, or app for phones or tablet

I CAN NOT GET YOCASH ARE YOU GOING TO FIX IT ASAP

Is there some sort of time allocation? Is very weird, everyday for couple hours, the desktop app will show white screen while I using the fast internet. Every other thing/game I do using the fast internet at that time can load except for Yoworld. When I switch to another internet which is slower, I can get in though Yo will load slower and more McBaldies. Is no big problem for me cause I have that other internet to use but just think is strange.

No, it is working, at my end. Try to refresh a few times. It will eventually load.

I know right, like I haven't been able to play since they started all of this because I use my phone. They didn't take into consideration that most people use their phone and tablet to play the game. Instead of coming up with a solution for us, it's like they are ignoring/avoiding it all. It's so annoying.

okay !!! the ads worked for one day. the big grey screen pops up that says NO more ads available but you can't report it. the only way to get back to YO is the refresh. please fix this and the avi downloading issue. i know you guys working on a lot of issues. thank you

I know you're very busy and ty. Can we fix the gifting though. Every time I try to use someone's link, it takes me home. Kind of kills my gifting, which is a biggie for me and my game play.
On a good note, it seems all my old items made it in the switch. So thank you for all you're doing to keep our YO alive! I did my part. I caved in and bought a computer. lol Glad I did too. I had Yo withdrawal symptoms the first day. After working at the hospital all day, It has been my go to game for stress release. So ty.
