I transferred coins into the game. My log shows that I received them but then it deducted the same amount of coins siting Mobile Transfer? :eh: Why did they get taken away?

Im not sure if its the same for you but in my log it says that it got transferred and them deducted, i'm not 100% sure why it happens but it may be because the mobile account is linked to your actual yoworld game and it may deduct the money that transfers after it adds if that makes any sense! thats just my idea of whats happening but if you actually haven't gotten the money im not sure but good luck!

I just sent a ticket, I've been transferring funds since August 26th and never has there been any add/removed of the same amount until 9/22 and 9/25 - makes no sense to add and than remove the funds. Hoping I don't have to wait 2 weeks for a response.

I was confused too since it just all the sudden started happening but what Hope said makes sense to me. I'm tracking it now and it seems ok sent in a ticket for that first large amount though.

I got a response in record time so happy about that - The good news is that the funds ARE actually being added to your account. What you are seeing here is basically the funds being added to your YoWorld account and being removed from your YoWorld Mobile Companion App account. Because the two are linked, it is giving both in this log. We know this is very confusing, and so we plan on removing the mobile logging in a future update.

I transferred again this morning and kept track of my coins and I do have the coins, this is a new thing because it didn't start until 9/22 and I've been transferring coins for over month. I'm glad to see they're removing it. It does appear to look like your getting the coins and than taking them away.

The same thing is happening to me! I transferred coins, and they are immediately removed :eh:
I would like my coins, i transferred a lot. ive even transferred some yocash

I transferred a small amount from the app, and my coins in YoWorld did not update with the transferred coins from the app after refreshing YoWorld. I wasnt getting any coins

I sent in a ticket, waiting for a reply

This happened to me last night. Transferred a large amount of coins and they were added then deducted and my YoWorld account does NOT have the coins. I sent in a ticket as well. I hope I don't have to wait 2 weeks for a response or my coins. :shocked:
