I have been having the same problem every since the last update. :wailing: :grr Really enjoy the app and hoping for a fix soon. Worried if I delete the app and then reload it I will loose all my coins and Yo-cash. Anyone have any ideas?

You may find that force closing the app (meaning closing it from your apps tray - not just pressing your 'home' button) and reopening it helps. If not, what are you all seeing when it tries to load?

It's connected to your YoWorld account details, so removing the app won't affect your progress!

I haven't been able to get in all afternoon. I do close it when I'm done. As to what I'm seeing - I get the blue screen with the "YoWorld Mobile Companion" logo & the clouds floating by. It says "Connected to Facebook" & the 3 little dots at the bottom keep moving but that's as far as I get.

Same thing happening to me. It was working fine till yesterday but now it's stuck on loading. I am not even getting the blue screen! :sad:

And I keep getting notifications every 30 minutes that my spins/bonus are ready with no way to shut them off since I can't get in :?: I wanted to try for more Christmas items and my daily login bonus will reset :sad:

Thank you for the info. Tried the force stop and unfortunately didn't work. It loads to the blue screen with the logo and clouds but that is it. Thanks again for trying to help. :)

I had to uninstall & then reinstall mine last night & it worked ok then. I haven't had a chance to try it today since my Internet has been out more than it's been in [gee, thanks, Comcast].

Just delete it and install it again.. It works fine and you don't lose anything :)
