I lose out continuously over the app repeatedly crashing. This has been an issue for weeks now and I am getting totally fed up with it. My App worked fine until the introduction of the daily challenges feature. I use the App on my iPad, please try and resolve this issue as it's not fair that we lose out due to tech issues that cannot be fixed with device troubleshooting.

I am having the exact same issues with the crashing app on my iPad. The app will also freeze when friend gifts are received or requested.

My game won't even load...

I get kicked out EVERY time I click on a game to play..all the way out!

Today I get the quest to play on the Emerald City but every time I open the game it closes the app automatically. Yesterday that slot machine had no problem for me.

I get kicked off every time I click emeral city on. My iPad. Haven't got on it successfully in a long while

I was having that problem until I completely powered off the ipad,when I turned it back on everything worked. Good Luck!

I have been getting this as well i will be playing and all of a sudden the game just closes and I have to restart it.

I don't know what to do with this game.. It keep on CRASHING and freezing, especially it crash when you win coins and gift. I am losing a lot of coins because of this problem it crash the game every 2 minutes .PLS FIX IT . it's so not fair when you spend money on this game and they won't fix it.

The game started to fail to load yesterday for me. I played throughout the day np, but when I tried to collect my last daily gift, it wouldn't load past the BIG VIKING screen. not even the title screen...just black!

Trying a phone reboot now (android, Samsung 7 edge)
