i thought i was the only one!!! i played lucky 7 and hit the bonus wheel so i was super happy. spun the first wheel and the entire game froze. i exited the entire app and came back to lucky 7 to play again (even though i was never rewarded for my first win) and the app froze again after i spun. it like skipped and then just stopped working. i wasted 3 of my golden spins and got no rewards >.> very frustrating
Please fix the freezing app! How are we supposed to finish the daily challenges if we can't play! Please, please fix your latest update so we can go back and play the games! Thank you.
The app is freezing on all mobile app slots. It freezes whether you are using auto spin or manual spin. I did not necessarily notice it was happening on a winning spin but I noted that it was freezing after only 1 to 3 spins. Moreover, when it freezes it is dropping complete connection with the server.
Can't do daily quest as the game freezes every time spins also freezes when daily login happened after uninstalled and stalled game again have done it at least 5 times still not working properly since yesterday.. grrrrrr
This freezing issue is very annoying! I have to uninstall YoWorld Mobile Companion and reinstall 2-3 times a day. I have found I also have to reboot my mobile device between each uninstall and reinstall. A fix would be really, really nice!
I haven't gotten any ads with the new updates. Also, an FYI to you all... I recommend posting this in the "Yoworld Discussions" since this part of the forums is full of cobwebs, or abandoned. You might get a quicker response from any viking (if there's a new forum manager) in that forum area.
Ok, all. I think I figured out what is causing the freezing. Turn OFF the "FAST PLAY" in the game. If you don't know where to find it go to any one of the games and go to "settings". You'll find it at the bottom. They must have done something to "tweak" it and it has "spun" out of control. If you turn that off, it won't freeze anymore. I've sent a notice to them, but it will help "get their attention" if EVERYONE sends them the same message.....
My fast play is off and is not changeable anyways. I still freeze after 2 to 3 spins. I tried manual instead of auto. Same thing. I did freeze after a twenty something coin win...Just saying that please, don't stop looking into it. It's not working still. Worked perfectly before update.
