I reported last week that for several weeks, during the daily challenge games, some of the challenges are not counting. When I return to original screen, I find that even though I had the Big Wins ro collected the correct number of gems, etc., I am still at the count of 0. My challenge does not get completed, therefore, no reward. This means I used more coins to play more games than needed because your game has a glitch. I tried reloading, using smart phone and tablet. The glitch does not appear to be on my end. Please check into this again. I am asking you to reimburse my coins I lost from rewards and coins spent from playing more than I should have because your system was not counting nor was it sending me my rewards to let me know I finished that challenge or quest.
I do hope to get a response this time!!!!!

You may want to rewrite your email address with some sort of code or different symbol or every bot in the world will scrape it and your junk mail will increase by x10.

Have you or your team resolved the glitch of me not meeting challenges because the system will not count what I collect? This is so unfair when it happens 2 to 3 times weekly.

I am still awaiting a response because the same thing is happening again today with dirt rocks! I am exhausted with this not working every other day, not meeting my challenges, wasting my coins and no prizes. PLEASE RESPOND HERE BECAUSE EVERY TIME I LOG IN AFTER POSTING REGARDING A PROBLEM, I CANNOT GET INTO MY EMAIL WITH ANY ATTEMP TO CONTACT ME.

Do you have an answer for me yet on the Mobile App not counting some of the challenges. No matter how many I and othesr {I noticed} gather, the count stays at 0. I have checked emails, Where should I find your response? I have been very patient.

This is absolutely ridiculous that no one will respond to this question/issue or make things right. I follow all the rules of the game but customer service from you stinks!! The reason I know, I gave customer service for 32 years and I went over and above. Whomever is handling this for me is a slacker and should not be part of this service!!! If you hope I am giving up you are badly mistaken. I am contacting BV about you!!! I spend too much money to be treated so lowly!!
