5/23/22 Unable to connect Mobile App at all since yesterday night May 23rd
and still no ads available since March 30th
and on desktop, not all my friends are showing up, thus not able to get or give CR chest to my daily visitors

4/18/22 Still no ads on Mobile app. I did put in a ticket, they suggested closed and reopened the app and uninstalled and reinstalled the app which I did to no avail. As far as no ads being available in your geographical location am in New York and if I haven't watched ads in 19 days the limited number of ads are available for your home, and you have already viewed all of the available advertisements today can't be the problem

I understand you're inquiring about advertisements not appearing for you in YoMo. When it comes to Video Ads, not having any advertisements could be caused by a few things, but aside from closing and re-opening the app or deleting and redownloading the app, there isn't much you can do to get some to appear.

Advertisements are curated and delivered to players based on several factors. This includes no ads being available in your geographical location, or that only a limited number of ads are available for your home, and you have already viewed all of the available advertisements today.

Unfortunately, if you are still not receiving advertisements after completing the basic troubleshooting steps, we have no way of making these advertisements appear for you. Our ad networks are always working on getting more advertisements to appear for countries where there may not be many, so it's always worth checking to see if there are any available for you.

4/1/22 No ads Available on the Mobile App for the 2nd night

Am I the only one that still doesn't have ads on the mobile app? If anyone got their's to work, can you please share how you did it. Thanks in advance for answering...I'm super frustrated.

Still no ads. In USA, West Coast. Though I doubt it's regional. Might be country wide.

It's not nationwide, I receive this kind of bug on mobile app too

No Ads for me either for the past couple of weeks. That answer from the Vikings above sounds like an auto-response and nobody is looking into it. That, on top of the other glitches in the game (like the Buddy Ladder FB Friends fiasco) is really annoying.

Tomorrow is May 1st. Still no ads and no communication about the lack/disappearance of ads. Many of us look forward to those ads to be able to play the game in a way that is enjoyable. I'm not able to spend a bunch of RL money on this game with the increase of gas and food costs. My fun budget no longer exists.

And TBH todays quests were hardly worth playing. The Gold Rush challenge - where you had to get 7!!!! Supers cost nearly as much as I won!

It has been several weeks now and I"ve been told they are looking into it, but I still have no ad videos on my phone app.

May 23rd and still nothing has been done about this problem. They're not even pretending to care anymore.

Well well people... I am from Norway and the adds have been gone for a year now. I sent a ticket for the problem back then, but they answer that this is nothing they can do with. Because they sell the advertising space to a third part and it's them who decides what to add and where it will be distributed. I guess Norway is of no interest anymore, so I have given up. I do the other challenges everyday, except that bl.... friend request that's impossible, but still I have not half the coin income since the adds disappeared.

No ads here for months and months. I worry they will give up on this app. I am less than a month away from logging in for 1825 consecutive days which is 5 years! I hope they keep the game going.

Don't feel bad. The USA is of no import either anymore.

On the Mobile Companion app still not working. Does not load on ads keeps saying check back later all the time. Can u please check into this. Thank you

Does anyone know anything new about the ads? I have re-installed the app and started playing again earlier this month and have not been able to watch any ads since

It’s not a matter of them not being able to repair the issue, but one of forcing players to BUY more yocash by removing the ability to work for yocoins. This has been coming since BVG took over YoWorld and will continue until the players have had enough and stop accepting it. It’s really that simple.

Still no ads to watch on the yoworld app. Very disappointing... why isn't anyone fixing it?
