Every time I try to access this now I'm on level 20 it boots me out of the app ive restarted app reinstalled and it's still doing the it.

Same Issue here. tried to reinstall and still get booted.

On the bright side I did get to finish all the mini games to level 20 with 3 stars in each.

just reach lv 20, try to enter it & refresh 3x always freeze the screen with black screen or pink screen with some noises when enter it

I have been trying to play the Atlantis casino since yesterday (30th Aug) as I had reached level 20.

Each time I click on the Atlantis tab my screen blacks out & the app shuts down. This happens from both the main screen where we see our YoWorld friends & also from the settings pop up menu 'Lobby' tab.

So far I have, restarted the app, uninstalled & reinstalled, cleaned out my phone cache & have even used my phone 'game booster', all to no avail as the app is still showing a black screen & then closing every time I try to play the Atlantis casino. :sad:

Me too when I open up Atlantis the game crashes and a black screen appeared and then i go to the home screen

Any news on the Atlantis glitch yet? I too, have been trying since yesterday and just get a pink screen. Today, I finally got to choose cash or coin, but after doing so, I had nothing but the pink screen.

What device are you using?
What operating system does that device use?
What exactly happens when you try to open Atlantis?

The answers to these questions will help us narrow down what's happening and fix it more easily. Thanks again for all of your patience!

Hi Jess, I am using an android tablet (not sure of the brand since it's borrowed from my daughter in law). When I try to open Atlantis, I do finally get the screen to choose between cash or coins, but after making the choice, mine goes to a blank pink screen. I've not tried it with the volume on so I've no idea if it makes any noise, lol. I don't receive an error message, it just stays on the pink screen until I exit (close) out the app. When I go back to Yo mobile, everything else appears to work fine.

** Edit ** I've turned on the volume but do not have any sounds from the pink screen. No error messages after letting it sit at that screen. So I've closed it out and will wait until Atlantis can be played. *** Device info: Model - Nexus 7 --Android version 5.1.1

I am using the Samsung Galaxy S7, android version 6.0, device software all updated on the 31st Aug.

Whenever I tap on the Atlantis Casino Tab, the screen blacks out & the app shuts down. I am able to acess the Emerald City & Gold Rush without any problems.

I do not see any error messages either from the app or from my phone notifications.

Yesterday (Thursday 1st Sept) Out of curiosity, I did log into the app from my daughters phone which is an iphone 5. No issues arose & I was able to play in the atlantis casino. To play from her device is not an option for me, I would have to continue playing from my own device the Samsung S7.

I am using a samsung galaxy 7 too and i dont get in the game at all, just kicks me out.... I dont know if mine is android 6 like this, but all the rest is the same!
Edit: mine is android version 6.0.1

Any updates on the Atlantis glitch or have I missed a new link in the forums? I'm still unable to play the Atlantis game and am 6 levels away from being able to unlock the Lucky 7 game.

Hi, Is there any updated news about this glitch? I thought i'd ask since the problem is still the same for me, even though there has been an app update this past week, I'm still unable to play the atlantis casino. Thanks for your help.
