I frequently have competed the tasks but the game has not recognize this and I have lost a turn do to this. I have print screen to show this. How do I report this ??

I am having the same issue. Particularly on Level 20. I have 'won' about six times, but it says that I have not completed.

Same problem here too.

At the background you can see I completed level 13, and when I click on level 14, it says this :


And when I click on level 21 it says this:


So I basically need to complete level 15 to start level 14 but without playing level 14 how can I reach level 15?
And appearantly, I also need to complete level 25 (which doesn't exist) to start level 21.

Hi everyone,

In the companion app, we call the match 3 levels "stages", and the lobby progression "levels".

I apologize for the confusing wording in this app. We're going to change it to be more straightforward in a future update.

Basically this message is saying that you need to be level 15, 25, etc. in the main lobby in order to unlock these match 3 stages. So for example, at level 10 in the lobby, you unlock the Gold Rush slot machine. At level 20, you unlock the Atlantis slot machine, and so on.

In match 3, you are playing "stages". You not only need to complete a stage before you can play the one after it, but in some instances, you need to level up in the main lobby in order to continue playing more stages.

I hope this clears things up. Once again I apologize for the confusion and will be sure to fix it in a future update.
