Is anyone having problems with the app? I can log on but after I choose to play a game it says Connection Lost. Could not initialize slot machine. Please check your connection and restart the app.
It's been a couple hours now. Any suggestions? (internet is fine, everything else works but this)

Yes, I have same problem! Collect bonus works and, ads are working too, I tried jewel games, they are wotking too.... Slot machines are not working. None of them. I am getting same message :eh:

They made an update last nite, and since then slots machines are broken

I deleted up and dowloaded it again, but still same problem...

I hope this will be fixed soon :heart:

Hi everyone!

So sorry for the outage! Our team has resolved the issue. If you're still seeing the problem, be sure to fully close your app (on iOS, double tap the home button and swipe up on the app, on Android it depends on your device).

You should be able once again without issue. Once again I apologize for the outage!
