never ever had a problem, been buying coins for the app lots. I've never had a problem with any game, ever. so annoyed. note to bvg passing on feedback doesnt give me my coins

its not a lot that i spent but its the principle. seriously considering jacking in the game due to customer service.

its not a payment issue, the payment went through, it showed as 156,000 on my balance then rapidly went down all thw way to zero within seconds. it's a problem on their end.

Hmm, this doesn't sound like things add up. I know, quite often, there gets to be some confusion about transferring currency from your mobile app to your YoWorld account, and purchases that are made in-app, so hopefully it's a just a case of crossed wires.

There's no way that we would be okay (or thank you for your feedback) if the problem happened with currency disappearing from your account, and would make sure it was properly explained. Unfortunately, these kinds of things can't be sorted out on the Forums, so in order to continue getting to the bottom of the problem, it will need to continue in the email that you received from our support team.

Our support team should be able to get things sorted out and make sure the payment went through and is showing up!

this sounds an awful lot like you are accusing me of fabricating a story, which I sincerely hope isn't the case. Fact: I credited my account. Fact: I didn't use the coins, whether this 'adds up' or not is not really my problem in all honesty, you should have ways of telling what coins were used for what means and in this case, when coins were added but not used. I have a screenshot of the receipt and I have also a screenshot where it literally basically says we're sorry but we will pass the feedback on. sorry i know its only a few coins but it's the principle. It's a great game and I enjoy it but this has soured my tastebuds.

I had only meant that your purchase transaction for Coins wasn't adding up (not your story!), and we wanted to make sure that anything paid for has been provided. It's likely a misunderstanding on our end; our purchasing transactions for mobile devices displays information differently than it does for YoWorld purchases. We hope to get back to you shortly and make sure what's paid for is present.
