In playing the games when we are supposed to be getting bonus for so many “Big wins” about 2/3 of them are not being counted. What are we supposed to do about this problem??? Not only is this not fair, it makes me feel like quitting altogether, which I have done once before

Same has happened to me. The app is a sick joke, just a lure to spend more money on things that don't work.

I noticed that too... I reloaded the game and it fixed itself....
