Not being able to space out chairs in a perfect line there is always like that one chair that's not in place but you can't seem to fix it without messing up everything else. my idea is this we have a giant grid when we go into edit mode that sure we can make sure everything is all nice and lined up.

Yes, I do! I hate it when they overlay and don't sit right if you are placing them next to each other to make sofas. I also have the same trouble with kitchen cabinets not lining up, ruins the effect.
