I am having trouble going to my mafia don mansion home. It is the same issue we all had when BVG first transferred game. Is anyone else having trouble loading particular homes?

Yes, I haven't been able to access my Chateu de L’Amour since the transfer. Sent in a ticket and it hasn't been resolved yet. Although Viking Andrew says " We still aren’t sure which item exactly is causing the issue but I have been able to gain access to your home." which gives me a glimmer of hope.

Thanks all! This is my main home that has several teleport doors for my themed tours. It wasn't working after transfer but has been fine up until today.

I can't get into my house with the music player... had the same issue when BVG transferred. Seems some other yo's are having the same issues.

Posted this before, will again here hoping someone on the BVG team reads. Once again I cannot get into my Contemporary, the old Mafia, the Treehouse and my 09 Halloween home. They fixed it once before, and now I see the white screens again beginning a few days ago. Have been other threads about this, hope they fix it this time and do some kind of a backup so we do not loose them again? Anyway, yes having problems.

As for this one i have trouble too - make sure there is nothing buy the door, and the entry to the front door seems to be misaligned. Its sort of above and to the left of the little triangle. Took me for ever to get in the first time.

I read in another post about not being able to get into a particular home, that they had to remove everything that was animated out of the home. Apparently the objects that were animated were causing some sort of problem with the room or home. I would see if maybe you can get someone you trust with a different IP address to see if they can go in and put the items that are animated into your inventory. You could also just go to a friends house and do it too. Hope this helps!

lol yes I have trouble getting into it at times also, but this time I mean I can't even access it through my homes list. When I click on it to go there, Yo completely freezes up and I have to shut down the game.

Also in the Christmas/Nutcracker home, I can't go into the "lobby"...same thing happens...game freezes...need to shut down.

It takes a lot of creative clicking to get into my Contemporary Home also. Went and checked to see what works. This time I clicked on the point of the triangle closest to the door and nothing happened. I backed up my avitar to try again and it worked without clicking again. :?:
