No but they are 08 costume/hat and they have said they don't plan on rereleasing them.

It's not a collectible from what I could see, but they have assured us they won't release it. Mind you Menorah hat was in stores in 2009 at Christmas and they re-released it for their own reasons.

Have proof besides every ones hear say? I'll let Samberg ask the question on what the proof should be.
