I belong to a club that does this now and it seems to work. When I pay cash for things, I get credited. I'm pretty sure I don't have to pay again for at least 30 years.

50 cents. It would be $6 CND per year. Maybe they can arrange somethign smaller for certain countries.

No. It's not about the amount. It's about taking away my choices. I have bought yocash in the past and I'm certain I will in the future. But the minute I have a recurring bill (of any amount) I'm out the door.

50 cents wouldn't be bad. Even a dollar a month wouldn't be bad. And like you said you could be exempt from paying if you bought YoCash or paid for VIP (if they bring it back).

Although it probably wouldn't attract as many new players, I think the majority of existing players would be willing to pay for it. If you think of spending money on YoWorld just like any other form of entertainment like a movie, then it wouldn't be that bad to pay a small fee to play.

I think YoCash purchaser would have earned their months. Like I said the club I go to know takes in a small small amount to keep up the servers, but if you buy something you get XX for every XX purchase. So if you bought $20 yocash it would also give you a few years of playing time. I'm not trying to convince anyone. It's just a Poll for BVG to consider.

I like it the way it is now. People buy because they enjoy the material being released during any given theme. People buy because they have goals and projects. People buy for the fun and entertainment of it like they'd buy anything else. There will be periods of time where people are not in "buy-mode", and as it is now that is respected. This game is relaxed. We can work on different aspects of the game, different projects. and we can do so when real life schedules allow us to. I don't want to add stress to that. I don't think paying regardless is that agreeable to me. Even in other games like Runescape (which is a farrrrr more expansive game than Yo) There is free-to-play and there is membership. Both styles is the same open world game, however the members and those who pay a monthly fee get access to more than those who play free-to-play. That is still fair and I see Yo as the same, if anything less dynamic as far as the gameplay is concerned than a lot of other games. So with the leisure we have now I would not want to see that changed.... But that is just me.

If this game dose come a pay as you play game. Would they be loosing costumers!. I think it will be abit risky!

I love how you start batting ideas around. Remember how we all started buying yocash? We were limping along till we SAW SOMETHING WE WANTED. Wanted badly enough to pay. And then once we did it it was fun, we had yocash to spend and it made it easier for the next time. All we really need is a cool new theme. And the money will start flowing in.

50 cents a month though? It costs $8 just to see a movie. The value you would get out of the 50 cents would be much greater than you get from paying to see a 2 hour movie.

I mean, sure it would help, but what about like you said, the people who live in different countries, that would be alot of stamp money to spend unless you have a credit card. I love this game but if that happened....I dont think I would be playing.

I love hearing the feedback and the reasons.

In my real life I'm actually working on an App for a client. I'm trying to get them to see the monetary value down the line because at some point you can't just keep pouring money IN. They don't want to clutter up the app with advertising so I thought of pocket change to use it (think FB without ads, nobody's info gets sold but the drawback is supporting the app).

It's great how we're pretty must half and half on this. I hope BVG takes this info and discusses any VIP or player appreciation options.

Honestly, I wouldn't mind. I'm from the UK so it would only be £3.50 a year. That is literally nothing. Then again, if we purchase a load of yocash on top of that then it would add up to a quite a sum of money.

Either way, I think it would be best to keep the game free and just spend our cash purchasing yocash or yocoins.

I came after YoCash. June of 2009. And it took me months to really play. I just didn't "get it" LOL Then I found the wish list and just spent tons of money on strangers hahahaha.

Yes, a new theme and new stuff will show BVG exactly what we are capable of doing.

The monthly fee would be a bad idea. Not everyone can be able to pay.

I think people are always excited by choice, so that's why they love being able to pay for free when the bills are high.. but also buy lots of Yocash when there's some spare money around.

But, I voted yes.. I would think if it was a pay to play game it would be more like 5$ a month.
