I recently saw a post stating that you can change the border for this forum. I have looked and looked and looked, but I still can not figure out how to change the border under user control panel. Please HELP! Thanks!

I looked for over 10 minutes trying to find it. I believe that the option to change the theme has disappeared. It might be getting fixed because I saw some posts saying it was off centered. Hope this helped.
