So I was signing in earlier and noticed 'newest forum member' at the bottom. There's an ID but there's no name attached to it. Our names are connected to our ID numbers, so I'm just curious whether people have found a way around having no name again.

I noticed the same thing and was actually asking myself the exact same thing. I'm wondering if after bvg changed it to where you had to have a name I.e. YoWorld player if they made it that way for the forums too. Very good question though Myrt!

Hmm, quite possibly. I just assumed it would come across as YoWorld Player since that was their in game names.

Do you mean they've signed into the forums before they actually created an account? Or do you mean they've signed into the forums before the game since the 'no name' change?

Now I'm curious as to whether that's even possible. Like, how can someone have a player ID if they've not went into the game.

they have not changed their name since bvg took over perhaps, so if they had no name before, it will display that now .. perhaps...

i don't know how it could mean anything else! this game starts you out with non-tradeable items, sellable grey carpets & brown walls (which many don't figure out unless someone tells them about it), and unless you have a WHOLE whack of other yoworld players already playing on your facebook account (to increase your factory pay), you are pretty much in the poor house, especially when you consider the going rate of some of the "rich" items up for sale... it would take at least a couple years for someone new to be able to afford stuff like that, unless they got lucky and had something gifted to them.
