Okay, so. Back when Zynga owned this game, I purchased one of the first YoCash houses to be released (Contemporary Home). During that time (Which Zynga apparently didn't know about) there was a 'Remove house' option. I don't know if any of you old players remember this feature? It didn't stay for long.

Anyway, somebody hacked my account, stole all my items and deleted my house using that same remove house button. If my house still shows on their database as me having purchased it, would BVG have any chance of restoring it? As BVG didn't own the game at that time, do you think they would still be able to restore my home? (Zynga mentioned it did show on their side as me still owning the home).

This thread may be pointless but I didn't want to start sending random emails to BVG about something that happened before they owned the game.

So this happened years ago? Why couldn't Zynga restore it for you?

I have no idea. They said they would look into it for me, but never got back to me about it.

I had houses deleted by Zynga a couple years ago. They told me to be sure I had everything out of them that I wanted because once it was gone, there was no getting the stuff back. So I kinda doubt BVG can do anything about it.

That sucks! Mine were deleted by another in-game player but I'm sure the same would apply to me..

Doubt BVG can do anything about it now. It's been too long... and I'm not sure that they even have access to past transactions like this. But good luck!

Your best bet is to send a ticket in...
