Hello! This is my first post, so please help me if you can!

I've gotten back into the spirit of playing YoWorld (last time I played, it was still YoVille).
After the game app asked me to download Adobe Flash Player, it just leaves the big white screen, nothing popping up later. Can anyone please help? I really wanna play again, and I don't even know what's wrong!

have u tried a different browser and clearing all ur history, cache and cookies?

Yes as she mentioned try those things it might work.And check your adobe flash player if its fine.

Google Chrome works best. Delete all of your history/cache/cookies and switch to Google Chrome if you're not already using it. If it still doesn't work, try installing the Adobe Flash Player again from the official Adobe website.

also, if you have an add-blocker make sure its turned off. It may prevent the game from loading for you. I know it does for me.

You can also submit a ticket with BVG if it persists and they would have other ideas to help you out. :) Good Luck and welcome to the forum.

Unfortunately, my browsers (Safari, Firefox, and Chrome) aren't responding. It's okay! I think it's just that my computer might be getting old (it's running for 5 years already).

If something, I'll write back on this post (if it stays)! If not, I'll make a new one!

You could be defaulted to one of the houses that gets the white screen and sends you out of the game. Contact the help desk and let them know. If you remember which house it is let them know that as well. I had this problem with four of my homes and they fixed it for me. Hope this helps.

Try refreshing a few times! It happens sometimes! Keep refreshing till u see the status bar loading past 5% it should load once it crosses that! Gl :)

First, please try clearing your cache, then reloading your browser and game. Clearing your cache resolves many common issues with YoWorld and other games by removing old information stored on your computer regarding YoWorld. Plus, it will ensure you have all the up to date game information when something has recently been fixed. Please ensure you do not have YoWorld open when doing this.

A quick and easy way to clear your cache is to press Ctrl+Shift+Delete key on your keyboard, which will bring up your browser settings with an option to clear cache. You can also clear cache manually through your browser menu options.

You should also clear your Adobe Flash cache, by following this link and clicking “Delete All Sites” when the box loads: http://www.macromedia.com/support/docum ... ger07.html

Second, please make sure Adobe Flash Player is up-to-date on your computer. You can see which version of Flash is installed, and update it if necessary, here: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html

Third, please increase your Flash Player’s local storage allowance for YoWorld. To increase your Flash Player’s local storage, right-click (or ctrl-click on Mac computers) on the Yoworld game screen. In the menu that pops up, select “Settings.” Click the “Local Storage” tab (this is the third tab from the left, and looks like an open folder) and drag the slider bar to the right. Then click “Close” and reload YoWorld.

Let me know if following these steps does not resolve your issue so we can look into it further.

This is what support told me to do, my computer couldnt download flash, I borrowed a computer to solve problem,,,,,,,,, :lol:

two different versions of adobe flash usually does this

you need to remove all the versions of adobe flash you find in your program area

restart you computer -- use the internet explorer and re-add adobe flash

then log into chrome or the other browser you are using and update the flash plug in


this will cure your log in issues -- almost sure of it
