Its like a program, or machine, that explores different web pages, and collects information on them, companies like Google and Yahoo use them. They collect info for their search engines.

It will probably be a scan from 3rd party moderators, usually just to collect info on different things, they wont be posting anything, not too sure tho, they defiantly weren't player names as it didn't have an ID number.
