Needed some advice/tip/help?
Lol, anywhooo.. a friend of a friend of mine got banned for vulgar language
and I was wondering, if their account gets banned, does their yoavatar
poof from your buddylist, and is their place unvisitable?

if a perm ban, yes, i think their account totally poofs, at least it used too

Not sure if its perm banned or not, just was talking with my friend and she
told me that he got banned, not sure.

What constitutes vulgar as far as bans go? Is it anything the filter picks up if you use often (i.e. standard cuss words) or do you have to get really nasty? I don't frequently use offensive words in game but sometimes it picks up normal words that could be part of a nasty word.

Thats a good question, and I do agree, there is alot wrong with the filter as of right now. Not sure if he used
these offensive words, not real close with him. I'll check in to see if any more details i can gather..

it wouldnt be the filter unless an event ban...in gamechat, the filter only changes to yadda...it would have to be profanity that was reported

Ok cool. Thanks! I sometimes in chat with friends use bad words lol but otherwise I'm well behaved. :lol:
