I don't freeze as such, I just have to make sure I move my character every 2 minutes or less so peoples chat (including my own) shows on my screen. The last update appears to have created so much lag but I'm sure BVG will find a way to fix this.
P.S. I hope you're able to play (without constantly lagging) again soon!
