Since I posted on nearly every AH thread I saw complaining about my lost item, I must now say that BVG returned it to my inventory!! I did contact them and it took awhile but they did come through. Thank you BVG! :)

they are awesome, no matter how long it takes them, (which is not that long usually) they will come through for you

I got my item back too, after I lost it in the AH. It took a couple of weeks, but at least they responded and fixed it :D

Glad to hear you got it back! I sent in a ticket on Friday because I lost an item. How long did it take after you contacted them? I'm assuming support wasn't working over the weekend so I'm hoping to hear something in the next few days.

Good to know.........I submitted a ticket about 2 weeks ago for an item. Maybe I'll get it back soon.

It took about 2 weeks. I really lost hope and then...BANG...my item was back. :) Still lovin' BVG!

That is great news! I will say BVG is truly listening to us and is concerned about everthing that goes on in this game unlike zynga. I'm glad you got your stuff back!

Unbelievable but true. I just lost my underwater ashen eyes in AH after freezing and refreshing. I sent another ticket. I guess I'm done with AH.

They took good care of me when I wasn't paid from the auction house. They said they could see the transaction and the glitch. It took about two weeks...but a bit of patience sure worked.
