How do I change my password for FB? I don't remember what it is, so I can't put in my current password and change it.
I'll be logging in from a different computer for a few days, so I need to change it to something I will remember.

'something i remember' is a great password. It is long and complex and is almost impossible for an automated cracker to break. I think you have to contact FB and have them reset it if you can't remember it. It will ask you for it to change it.

I did that, but it's asking me to enter my current password and I have no idea what it is.

I take it you are logged in now? Just go to settings and click on password. It should bring up your current password all xxxxd out. Below it the option to reset and type in what you want to change it to. As long as you are logged in you should not have to type in your current password. Hope this helps.

Isn't there an option for 'forgot password' ? if there is click that and have an email sent to your primary email address linked to this fb. Once you receive that email.. you can follow the links to 'changing' your password.

click on settings and edit p/w, your old p/w should be saved if you don't have to enter it every time you log in, so all you need to do is enter your new p/w and retype your new p/w, facebook will send you and e-mail to confirm you changed it
