It says it comes with animation... when we try the hair I don't see any. What is the animation supposed to be?

I had to stare at my screen for about 3 minutes to see a little sparkle animation cycle. It's super underwhelming. And that was staring at it in the try on screen - forget seeing it while your Yo is out and about!
