Yeah agree that if people are having same problems and post on a thread then BVG can always look into it without players haveing to keep sending in tickets but this should be in bugs and reporting forums think BVG will look at threads there!

I didn't notice until I went to change my outfit today. Glad I'm not the only one. Maybe others haven't noticed yet either.

The dresses in the VIP Glam Collection are there, but the Green, Pink, Red, and Yellow dresses from the other collection are completely missing and only the shoes and accessories are there.

Hi, Shawna! I just checked my inventory and I got 4 long dresses from the VIP collection, and 4 mini dresses from the "normal" collection. According to the site that shall not be named, there are only 4 dress colors (Black, Brown, Tan, White). The accessories come in more colors though:

So many bugs. Someone else said they were missing a cross necklace (don't know which theme or collection it was from). I hope you all get your stuff returned!

Thank you for clearing that up MizChief, I feel so relieved! I tried finding a picture of the promotion somewhere but couldn't. I need to start taking screen shots of them so I know what to look for.

If BVG read and responded to threads in the bug reporting section (I'm pretty sure they stopped years ago), people wouldn't post all the glitches as much in Discussions. Discussions has the most traffic and the highest chance of getting the bug report seen.

I just bought the Snowy Owl collection and nothing as come through... yc or items. I know from the past sometimes these things can take a while to appear but always feel a bit palms sweaty moms spaghetti when its real money exchanged. I guess Ill check back later and send a ticket if not. Nothing like a good old bug to welcome one back to the game after time away
