Is anyone else having issues getting into Yoworld?

I know I usually have have to reboot several times when the challenges start or so it seems but never like this.

I can get in but before I can do anything it keeps freezing... I keep rebooting but the same thing happens over and over again.

I play on my android phone... I have rebooted several times and tried clearing my history but still the same thing.

I was at the finishing stages of my gem challenge room so this is frustrating.

It's been a couple of hours at this point...

It will be awful if I don't get to finish and submit my room that I have put so much time and money into.

Any help would be appreciated

I have another question... when I freeze I usually just reboot that still isn't doing anything for me. I am wondering if I just stay logged in will the freeze go away?

Okay soooo I'm back in...

I tried Everything I could think of then I ended up turning my wifi off and used my data hmmm go figure that worked. Maybe the wifi didn't have a strong enough signal??? I am no techie that is for sure soooo not even sure if that is possible but good news for me I'm back in.

And maybe worth a try for anyone else that has tried everything else...

I'm glad you figured it out. I am not playing on a phone so I have no idea how to do that.

But even on my computer I was being disconnected while working on my room, so I'd back out every few items I added, every minute or two. Then when it disconnected me, I'd refresh and as soon as game loaded it would disconnect me again. Sometimes bvg is doing some maintenance without letting us know. Other than that I have no idea.

All I can say is back out and save what you've done in many steps along the way, it is typical to lose work if you don't do that.
