I would like to report an issue with the trading system that has been occurring for the past few days.

When I attempt to trade, I encounter two main problems:

When I add an item to the trade – regardless of whether I have one or multiple copies of it – the trade window automatically closes.

In some cases, I'm unable to add the item to the trade at all.

The only way to temporarily resolve the issue is by refreshing the page after each trade attempt or after moving an item from the room to the inventory.

I kindly ask you to look into this issue. Thank you.

BVG cannot trouble shoot from forum posts.. i'm sorry this is happening to you.. please submit a help ticket and include any screen shots that you have.. hopefully this gets resolved for you quickly

They're not responding to tickets. Lots of people are having trading and inventory issues. No one is getting a response. In fact whenever you submitted a ticket previously you get an automatic response in your email saying theyve received the ticket and will respond as soon as possible in the order the ticket was received. There is no acknowledgement whatsoever now. Last Sunday someone grabbed a Buy Now of 14 million coins for one of my items in auction house. I've sent two tickets with multiple screen shots and have posted here. I have tons of evidence and still there is no response. That's a pretty major glitch to ignore and so are all of the other issues that have popped up in the last week. They need to be addressed, but no one is responding to tickets or issues here. Mine happened 4 days ago when my items was removed and showed I had a Buy Now and got zero pay out for it. All of these issues need to be fixed and at the least someone needs to acknowledge the issues and say they're working on it. From what I've seen there's not a word. A lot of us spend a lot of money to support this game. When there is an issue it needs to be fixed and not just told to send a ticket when no one is even acknowledging tickets or even notifiying that they've received them anymore.

I have to wait at least a minute for my trade to go through because if I hit send twice it gives all of those items as a gift. Luckily most of the people on the WL are honest and I was able to get my staff and eyes back.. :thumbsup:

I don't think they need to respond .I think they need to revert the inventory back to the way it was until they get all the kinks worked out or just dump it for the sake of our sanity. It was a pain before with the freezing but it was one thing .This is multiple annoying issues. :wailing:

they are aware of the issues with the new inventory system and are working on fixes.. i have asked for someone to look into Sabrina's issues.. hopefully all will be resolved soon

Do you know how I talk to someone about this? Having someone grab a Buy Now for 14 million coins in auction and not receive it is kind of a big deal, but I sent a ticket when it happened a week ago and posted here and still no response. My ticket also included lots of evidence. I'm surprised I still havent received a response or even an email letting me know theyve received the ticket.
