I had two Ghostly white dark spiral buns. I posted one last night for yc and someone grabbed the buy now right away so I posted 10 more items on a 24 hour timer all with buy now options. The second Ghostly white I put up for coins and it got bids right away. I didn't check again until 3 and a half hours before the items were up. The rest of my items were still there and the Ghostly white was gone so it was obvious someone got the buy now but both the hair was still gone and no coins were added. I have proof of the bid in notifications and in the in the log. I use auction house all the time and have never had an item poof without getting the pay out, but in the last few days there have been lots of glitches and this is a big one. Please fix it right away.

I have in fact, had to send in a help requests --

So, while in my case it's happened about a 5 or 6 times in the last few years; most recently last month. Where it included not only not getting my payments but I didnt get the items bought as well.

I would refresh and log back in -- if it's still missing, drop a help request ... I think, not everything completely loads -that is the current issue with the refreshes.

Thank you. Its now showing in my sold items that someone bought the buy now for the full amount, but the money still hasn't been added. Hopefully its just working very slowly and will show up soon, but I've never had it take this long before. Usually it shows on my account immediately.

I had this happen twice recently. I got the yc/coins within 24hrs. Never had this issue prior though.

I hope the coins show up. I have lots of evidence that someone grabbed the buy now and that show the amount, but the coins for my item still haven't been added to my account. Usually when you send a ticket you get an email right away saying a ticket has been submitted and you will hear back shortly, but I haven't gotten that either.

Can someone please tell me when this is going to be fixed? On top of the constant refreshes, inventory jumble and black screens when saving on Sunday someone grabbed a Buy Now on a high value item. I have lots of evidence and still the coins for it have not been added to my account. Previously when something is wrong and you send a ticket, right away you always got an autoresponse saying theyve gotten the ticket and someone will respond as soon as possible. Well I sent a ticket and you dont even get an acknowledgement that the ticket has been sent. This has to be fixed. Please stop rolling out things until these things have been fixed. The system obviously can't handle it and its important to honor items that have been sold in auction house. Its not okay to take items in AH and not pay out the coins people bid on them. When will this be fixed?

The Buy Now for my Ghostly hair has still not been paid out. It was bought by someone in Auction House on Sunday. What's taking so long? I sent a ticket with lots of evidence and multiple screen shots to prove it with no response. When is this going to be fixed?
