The pop-up to claim it started on July 9th (over a month ago now) and was for a limited time! If you didn't get the pop-up you needed to click the Megaphone/Bullhorn and then click the Bundle of YC that didn't have any coins with it to get it to pop-up in order to claim the YC! It wasn't compensation! It was a Token Of Appreciation for the ongoing issues with the PB's!

LOL didn't even get the pop up for the 25yc. I don't really care anyway. I pretty much quit this game long ago but this whole paint boards being disabled and deleted is an insult. Years and millions of coins down the drain. You deleted the paint boards without a single warnin.

I am devastated! I searched for someone to make the board of my deceased sister which took quite some time, then paid a small fortune to have it done. I made a beautiful memorial to her, this is the memorial I designed for her, this is actually her in the picture

There is no amount of compensation you could give to me that would be enough! I took her death very hard and this was my way to keep her close! I am still beside my self with wonder as to why those of us that did nothing to go against your TOS are the ones that actually paid for others stupidity!!

It's been OVER 2 MONTHS since we lost our art/paint boards.
We were given a pathetic 25 yc to compensation the time it is taking for BVG to resolve.
A large cohort used paintboards, it was used to personalise rooms, it was used for sales, it was used to express our creative side,
When BVG removed this expression, it removed not just the boards, but the desire to invest a desire to play the game.
I just want to say thanks bvg, i only came back because of my who rooms, well they don't exist anymore, my desire of this game is also ceasing to exist, you have done me a favour

This seems so unfair to those of us who used the paintboards properly.

I had paintboards of special people who are now deceased. They were made for me by a great Yo artist
who is also now deceased.

Please find a way for all of us to keep our paintboards while you punish the problem players in the game.

There has to be a way!!!!!

This is disappointing because I had photos of my artwork that I created myself and have sold IRL. I also had photos of my deceased sister and mother. I can't have a gallery/museum if that artwork is not there. And then you compensate with a measly 25yc ... Although, I feel like I can save 15% of my time and money by switching this game off.

Yeah maybe turning it into paying service might be good idea to get PB fixed faster. Also will track people that abuse it with yocash log book

Ingore yocash log book comment because was sleepy when wrote that but people most likely wont abuse it if there paying for it

i was wondering why none of mine were working after logging in after 7 years... thats so unfortunate that this had to happen i have a handful of whiteboards and frames that i wish i could see what i had on them from before.

BVG can find time to create new items for gambling but apparently destroying the paintboards and resolving is in the too hard basket.....
