SHAME ON YOU AGAIN.I have played this game since 01/08.2009 and delt with the hackers the kids and the trolls and yet you still do NOTHING to control them. Other than allowing us to block and report. But i still see the same ol slime bags come to my events and sky.

I understand your frustration and anger and feel it 100%. However, (disclaimer: I'm not making excuses for them and just being a realist here) the sad fact is they are not capable of policing the paint boards. They are too small a company to have staff inspecting every board and I'm not even sure if a filter would or could detect the bad stuff. Take the language filter in messages or public places for example. Things that shouldn't be filtered out come out as yadda if they have a few letters in a certain order. This has been going on for Idk how long. If they can't fix that or fix the other less complex bugs like the issue where we have to pay to catch up on the calendar . . . I don't see a fix for this coming anytime soon. I haven't seen a peep about inventory testing in Idk how long, and that's been going on for YEARS. Angry, frustrated realist me giving my 2 Yo cents for what it's worth.

I think they're over complicating the solution. Simply make it level based to own paint boards. i.e. must be level 350 and above. Also make them unable to be gifted or traded Why level based? Because it takes a long time to get the higher levels, you cant create an alt and level up that quick. Also if you get caught with the pornographic material - one warning - followed by loss of account. Its a lot to lose when you spend years getting to the higher levels. Heck - make it level 500. It would give me motivation to start decorating again. Come on BVG - DO SOMETHING.

It's still an open wound to many many players. It was a real pivotal point in a lot of folks decision to stop playing or stop spending.

I mean why buy something, or rather rent something, which is what we're really doing, when at any given time, with no notice, it can be yanked out of the game or worse.
Sad to see this is the business practice of this company.
I know this one issue has greatly affected my attitude and LOVE I once had for this game.........good friends are what keeps me here today. I lost interest in playing the same time they stole all my paint boards away.......and now are playing games with our head about it.

Very well said. Many have been through thick and thin, the lag. the hackers, random disconnects, etc. Taking away the boards and our artwork was the last straw. I'm only here now to chat with a few friends.
