I think it would be great if they would add a special place where people can "drive" their cars & their rideables.
I think this would eliminate a lot of frustrations & fights in front of the apartments. The vehicles & ENORMOUS things like the elephants, hot air balloons, etc, take up the entire screen, cause lag & eventually cause issues.

The underworld idea is awesome. It would also be fun to have a jail that rule breakers that are temporarily suspended could be visited.

I didn't read through all the comments. Here are my suggestions:

A roller rink... we could race for coins/prizes

A carnival/fair with rides and carnival games like shooting and getting the golf ball in the fishbowl, etc

A water park

A fashion expo where we can walk the runway, earn points for our looks and get coins maybe, or other players can vote on our outfits

An interactive park... walk/bike/skate, feed ducks, a playground, etc

An arcade (I did see that mentioned above)

A thrift store with super-reduced older items... we could even donate stuff to this store

The ability to go into the water at the beach to surf, fish, sail, etc

More stores -- Instead of having eyes in the fashion store, have a makeup store where we get new 'looks' for our eyes, lips, etc

More pets in the pet store
