nice!!! can i ask when will be fixed the issue with loading houses?still 3 weeks now i cant load in my apartment and other houses.will i ever get in or i lost all my stuff for ever?

I am so dang happy with how you keep us updated about every little thing in yo. I am so dang impressed, too. That is why I am buying insane amounts of yocash. bvg makes me feel part of a "home" and "important" to them. z never ever made feel like that since I started in 2009. I am also impressed with your customer service Vikings. I realize you have a high amount of tickets at this time and you let us know tickets are taking longer to resolve. it keeps me from wondering if i'm being ignored. I am so in love with bvg i'm going to start playing all the other bvg games too!

if you Vikings weren't so dang much younger than me I could be your grandma, i'd commit bigamy and marry all of you all. even the lady Vikings too. :lol:

We're not aware of any widespread issues with this area of the game. Please submit a help ticket so we can check into it for you.

While sometimes it takes a while, we haven't actually seen any issues with this. Please send in a ticket so our team can look at your account and find out what happened. Rest assured, if we can verify something went missing, we'll get it back to you.
