Well... since BVG vowed not to rerelease any actual released items, i would say everything thats worth something now will go up.... retro's, bow, 08 non (and maybe rereleased) costumes, 09 costumes, etc... costumes have always had a huge marketplace, so you should def. start there =)

You need to make your own items go up a lot.
Rocking chair on price guide says 250k, I just sold one for 1,1mil.

A nice bit of pocket change.
