Maybe because they were part of the potion program that never rolled out? I know some costumes you can customize in many way still. These potions you can't. You can add very, very few things to them.

Not long ago Zynga was working on drinkable potions that would change your yo into a temporary character. I think they had to many glitches with accessories, so they chose not to release them, but some made it in game. They just left the name the same and made them permanent. They go into a new category with hairs ect.,

whats amazing about this costume is that for some weird reason medusa is holding a suitcase! its crazy! but i love it!!

I spent all of my 50k on the new clothing......I have now 100c left.But at least I leveled up :lol:

There's a new tab under "face" while changing called "magic potions"
I am almost 100% positive its a perm. Ive had it on and off a few times now
